Cooking Ingredients for Eggs A la Suisse Recipe
1 c Grated Havarti cheese
6 Eggs
1/2 c Light cream
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Eggs A la Suisse Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Butter an earthenware baking dish. Sprinkle half the cheese in dish. Break eggs into small bowl & slide on top of cheese; (don”t break yolks). Pour in cream. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & remaining cheese. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Serve at once.
