1 Egg
1 Slice toast OR
1/2 English muffin, toasted
Sour cream
1 tb Hollandaise sauce (#25)
1 sl Lox
Kosher caviar

Eggs Bene-Lox Preparation

Soak toast in sour cream and place in ramekin or small baking dish. Cover toast with lox and break egg on top. Bake in 350 F. oven for abt. 12 to 15 min., or until egg is set.
