Cooking Ingredients for Emerald Salad Recipe
1 pk (3 oz) lime jello
1 pk (3 oz) lemon jello
2 c Liquid; pineapple juice plus
-water
1 c Crushed pineapple; drained
2 tb Mayonaise
1 c Cottage cheese
1 c Whipped cream or cool whip
2/3 c Chopped nuts
Emerald Salad Preparation
Heat liquid and dissolve jello in it. Let set to soft set stage-then fold in all ingredients except whipped cream or cool whip. Finally add whipped cream or cool whip and fold in. Serves 10 Volume 01 Number 344 by Lloyd W. Schempp <schempp@sisna.com> on Dec 6, 1997
