Cooking Ingredients for English Muffin Pizzas Recipe

4 English muffins; split
1/2 lb Extra lean ground beef
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Oregano
1/8 ts Black pepper
1/8 ts Garlic salt
1/2 c Tomato sauce
1/2 c Mozzarella cheese; shredded
1 ts Grated Parmesan cheese

English Muffin Pizzas Preparation

Preheat oven to 375-degrees F. Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain excess fat. Add salt. In a small mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, oregano, pepper, and garlic salt. Arrange muffin halves on a baking sheet. Spread tomato mixture over each muffin half. Top tomato mixture with browned ground beef. Top beef with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
