Cooking Ingredients for English Toffee Recipe
1 c Butter
1 c Granulated sugar
1 c Chopped nuts i use a
-variety, walnuts, almonds,
-pecans, hazlenuts.
English Toffee Preparation
Melt the butter on med low heat, add the sugar. Stir slowly about 10 mins until it turns slightly brown. Add the nuts and stir about 2 to 3 mins then turn out on buttered pyrex dish.
