Cooking Ingredients for Escalloped Corn 2 Recipe
2 c Fine Ritz crumbs
6 tb Margarine – melted
1 c Evaporated milk
2 Eggs – beaten
16 oz Can creamed corn
Escalloped Corn 2 Preparation
Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Beat eggs until frothy. Add milk and corn to eggs. Salt and pepper as desired. Add 2/3 of crumbs Pour into a shallow baking dish (approximately 8×11 inches).
