Cooking Ingredients for Esfiha Recipe

1 Cake yeast
3-1/2 c Flour
1 c Warm milk
1/4 c Unflavored yogurt
1 Egg
1-1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar
2 tb Margarine; melted.

Esfiha Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm milk and sugar Add melted margarine. Stir together egg and yogurt and stir into yeast mixture. Transfer to food processor and add flour and salt. Process with plastic blade very well. Transfer to an oiled bowl coat dough with oil and let rise 1 hour in a warm place (covered) Filling is the same as the other, except that instead of tahini you use 2 Tb yogurt.
