Cooking Ingredients for Fabulous Funnel Cakes Recipe

1-1/4 c Flour
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Milk
1 Egg, beaten
Oil
Powdered sugar

Fabulous Funnel Cakes Preparation

Combine dry ingredients. Combine milk and egg and add to dry ingredients mixing until smooth. Use a 3/8 to 1/2 funnel; fill with 1/4 cup batter, holding finger over bottom. Place funnel near oil, remove finger and pour batter into 1 of hot oil using circular motion to form 4 spiral. Fry until golden brown, turning once.
