Cooking Ingredients for Fabulous Roquefort Dressing Recipe

3 oz Roquefort cheese; crumbled
2 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Chopped chives
1/4 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 c Sour cream
1/2 c Buttermilk

Fabulous Roquefort Dressing Preparation

Blend cheese, mayonnaise & seasonings. Stir in sour cream & buttermilk. Chill. May be thinned with buttermilk if too stiff. Bleu cheese may be substituted for Roquefort. Yields 1 quart. MRS CLYDE R.
