3 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Dry mustard
1 tb Maple syrup
1 tb Vegetable oil

MIXING BOWL, combine honey, soy, mustard, ginger, vegetable oil, and syrup. PLACE pork chops in marinade and marinate overnight.
