Cooking Ingredients for Faux French Bread Recipe

-Small Loaf-
1 c Sour cream or yogurt;
-Regular or Low Fat
1/4 c Water
1 tb Olive oil
1 tb Barley malt syrup
1-1/2 c All-purpose flour;
-unbleached
1 c Cake flour
1/4 c Whole wheat flour
3/4 ts Salt
1-1/2 ts Active dry yeast
-Large Loaf-
1-1/2 c Sour cream or yogurt;
-Regular or Low Fat
1/3 c Water
4 ts Olive oil
1 tb Barley malt syrup
2-1/2 c All-purpose flour;
-unbleached
1-1/2 c Cake flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1-1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Active dry yeast

Faux French Bread Preparation

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet.
