From: Gerald Edgerton <jerrye@wizard.com> Date: Thu, 23 May 1996 10:47:15 -0700 Here are some stuffed date recipes I found in teh Cookbook USA cd-rom. Make slit in center of each date. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange peel. Fill center of date with cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Dust with additional powdered sugar just before serving if desired.
