1/3 c Minced onion
2 Cloves garlic; minced (2 to
-3)
4 Eggs
1 cn Artichoke hearts; (1 oz.)
-drained, trimmed, and
-chopped (1 to 14)
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs
1/2 lb Swiss or sharp Cheddar
-cheese
2 ts Dry or 2 Tb. fresh minced
-parsley
1/4 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Salt
Pepper to taste; and/or dash
-Tabasco

Artichoke Cheese Squares 2 Preparation

Heat oil in skillet, and saute onion and garlic until soft and translucent but not brown. Beat eggs in bowl; add chopped artichoke hearts. Stir in rest of ingredients. Pour into 7 x 11 baking dish. Bake 25-30 min. at 325 degrees F until set.
