Cooking Ingredients for First Place Favorites Pizza Recipe

4 oz Cans chopped mushrooms
1 c Soft bread crumbs(2 slices)
1 Egg
1/2 ts Salt
Dash pepper
1 lb Ground chuck
1/2 ts Oregano
2 oz Low-fat mozzarella cheese
5-1/2 oz Can pizza sauce
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Green pepper

First Place Favorites Pizza Preparation

Drain mushrooms, reserve liquid, add water if necessary to equal 1/2 cup. Add bread crumbs, egg(slightly beaten), salt and pepper. Let Stand 5 minutes. Add ground chuck, 1/2 tsp. oregano, half mushroom, mix lightly. in 9 pie plate form a meat crust. Cut 2 slices cheese in 8 triangles, ;ayer pver meat. Top with pizza sauce, onion, green pepper and remaining mushrooms. Sprinkle with extra oregano, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes.
