1 Onion; large chopped
2 sl Bacon; fried
1 lb Hot smoked sausage link; cut
-in 3/4 pieces
1 Tomato; diced

First Prize Brazilian Feijoada Preparation

Soak beans overnight, rinse. Add onions, bacon and sausage. Saute fresh tomato in drippings and add. Salt to taste, covered for about 5 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
