2 Globe artichokes
2 tb Butter
1 Lemon
2 tb Olive oil
1 Portobello mushroom; stemles
2-1/2 c Chicken broth; or other
1 sm Onion; minced
1 c Dry white wine
2 Garlic cloves; minced
Salt and pepper; to taste
1 c Arborio rice
1/2 c Parmesan cheese; grated
1 tb Parsley; minced
