Cooking Ingredients for Fish Curry 2 Recipe

1/2 kg Seer fish or mullet
1/2 Coconut; grated
100 g Onions; chopped fine
2 ts Chilli powder; (10 g)
1 ts Curry powder; (5 g)
2 Green chillies; slit

A stem of lemon grass
1 tb Garlic paste; (15 g)
2 Cm cinnamon
1/4 ts Turmeric powder; (1 g)
A few sprigs curry leaves
Salt to taste

Fish Curry 2 Preparation

WASH, clean and cut the fish into neat pieces. Grind the grated coconut with enough water to extract one cup thick and one cup thin coconut milk. Put the fish in a pan. Add all the remaining ingredients, except the thick coconut milk, and cook over high heat till done. Add the thick coconut milk and simmer till done and the gravy is thick.
