Cooking Ingredients for Flaky Bread Recipe
-Small Loaf-
3/4 c Milk
1 tb Canola oil
1 tb Honey
1 lg Egg
1-3/4 c All-purpose flour;
-unbleached
1/2 c Barley flakes
1/2 c Rye flakes
3/4 ts Salt
2 ts Vital wheat gluten
1-1/2 ts Active dry yeast
-Large Loaf-
1-3/4 c Milk
2 tb Canola oil
2 tb Honey
1 lg Egg
3 c All-purpose flour;
-unbleached
1 c Barley flakes
1 c Rye flakes
1-1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Vital wheat gluten
2 ts Active dry yeast
Flaky Bread Preparation
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet.
