1 Loaf frozen bread dough
Ex-virgin olive oil
Garlic; minced
Rosemary
Sage
Basil
Pancetta or bacon
Black olives; pitted

Focaccia Bread Preparation
Thaw dough. Knead in a couple teaspoons of olive oil and season as desired with other ingredients. Form into a large flat loaf on a well-oiled baking sheet and bake at 400~ until browned and done.
