Cooking Ingredients for Foil Wrapped Roast Recipe
1 (4-6 lb) beef roast
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pk Dehydrated onion soup mix
Foil Wrapped Roast Preparation
Salt and pepper roast lightly. Place heavy duty foil on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle onion soup mix on foil. Place roast on top and sprinkle remainder of soup on meat. Seal foil tight on roast. Place in a 250 degree oven and cook 5 hours. Delicious gravy, meat is brown. Serves 6 to 8. From <A Taste of Louisiana>.
