My mother always made these when she had egg whites left over; our parents generation was so efficient !! These are real good, tho… Heat oven to 475 degrees. Beat egg whites till stiff. Add sugar slowly. Add salt. Add remaining ingredients. Cover cookie sheet with foil. Drop on foil; they do not raise or spread Put in oven; turn off; do not open until the next morning.
