2 c Bisquick
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Nutmeg
2 tb Butter or margarine;
-softened
3/4 c Milk
1 Egg
1/2 c Butter; melted
1 ts Cinnamon
2/3 c Sugar

French Breakfast Puffs #1 Preparation

Combine Bisquick, sugar, nutmeg, softened butter, milk & egg. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 or until golden brown. Remove from pan & roll in melted butter, then in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve hot. Makes 12 medium size muffins. MRS I.H.
