2 tb Sherry
2 tb Margarine
Onion salt
Pepper

French Chicken Scallops Preparation
Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow flameproof dish. Pour sherry over chicken. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with seasonings.
