Cooking Ingredients for French Mint Pie Recipe

1 (9-inch) baked graham
-cracker pie crust
1/4 lb Butter
1 c Confectioner s sugar
2 Eggs; beaten
2 oz Chocolate bits
1/2 ts Peppermint extract
1/2 pt Whipping cream

French Mint Pie Preparation

Cream butter & sugar well; add beaten eggs, one spoonful at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition. Melt chocolate over hot water & cool. Stir chocolate into egg mixture & mix well.
