Cooking Ingredients for Fresh Corn Casserole Recipe
2 c Fresh corn; cut from cob
1/4 c Sliced celery
1-1/2 c Toasted bread crumbs
1/4 ts Pepper
3 Eggs; well beaten
1-1/2 c Diced fresh tomatoes
1/2 c Chopped onion
2 ts Salt
1 tb Melted butter
Paprika for garnish
Fresh Corn Casserole Preparation
Combine all ingredients, except paprika; turn into well-greased 1 quart casserole. Place in pan of hot water, cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Serve hot. Garnish with paprika. From <A Taste of Louisiana>.
