Cooking Ingredients for Fresh Herb Garlic Dressing Recipe
6 oz Lowfat silken tofu
1/4 c Freshly squeezed citrus
-juice; combine orange lime
-tangerine, etc or white
-wine
1 tb Fresh herbs; chopped
2 tb Rice vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil; to
-taste *
Salt and pepper
Fresh Herb Garlic Dressing Preparation
* Original was 2 tablespoons oil, but with the tofu and mild rice vinegar, you only need enough oil to flavor the dressing. Makes about a cup. Blend all ingredients in blender. Adjust seasoning as necessary. Add water, vegetable stock or wine to thin to your specifications. Let flavors marry for 1 hour. Toss with salad.
