Cooking Ingredients for Fresh Salsa with a Kick Recipe

4 lg Fresh tomatoes
3/4 Fresh jalepeno peppers
1 Fresh green papper
1 Fresh red or yellow pepper
1 Fresh cucumber
1 Fresh sprig cilantro
1/2 lg Red onion
1 c Sugar
3/4 c White vinegar

Fresh Salsa with a Kick Preparation

This recipe is for CuisineArt: Place ingredients into a food processor and chop finely. I chop the tomatoes first and place into a collander to drain. Next all the peppers and add them into the collander. I then do the cucumber, with the skin on, and the onion together. Place into the collander also. Lastly chop and add the cilantro to the collander. After all ingredients have drained, place in large bowl and add 3/4 cup vinegar and 1 cup of sugar. Stir and let sit at least 2 hours.
