Cooking Ingredients for Fresh Tossed Salad Recipe

1 Head romaine lettuce
Torn into bite-sized pieces.
1 c Watercress leaves
1 sm Packag frozen snow peas; ( 1
-cup)
1/2 c Frozen crinkle-cut carrots
1-1/2 tb Finely chopped green onions
2/3 c Thinly sliced radishes
2/3 c Fresh bean sprouts
3/4 ts Sugar
1-1/2 tb Distilled white vinegar
2-1/4 ts Soy sauce
2-1/4 ts Water
1-1/2 ts Sesame oil
1/8 ts Grated fresh ginger

Fresh Tossed Salad Preparation

In serving bowl, combine lettuce, watercress leaves, snow peas, crinkle-cut carrots, green onions, radishes and sprouts. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water, sesame oil and ginger. Cover jar and shake well. Pour dressing over Salad and toss. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Approximately 5 minutes.
