1-1/2 c Corn flour; (or 1 cup flour
-plus 1/2 cup cornmeal)
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Finely ground black pepper
1/2 ts Cayenne
2 Dozen oysters or Catfish
-Filets or Sole filets
Veg oil for deep frying;
-(360-375 deg. F.)

Fried Catfish, Sole, Shrimp or Oysters 2 Preparation

Prepare like above recipe cooking for 3-4 minutes.
