Cooking Ingredients for Fried Jack Appetizers Recipe
1/2 lb Sonoma Jack cheese
1/2 c Flour
2 Eggs; lightly beaten
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Olive oil
Fried Jack Appetizers Preparation
Cut cheese into 2 squares, 1 thick. Roll in flour; dip into egg. Fry in hot oil just long enough for the cheese to turn golden in color. Warm 1 oz of your favorite liquor over the Fried Cheese and flambe. Squeeze halved lemons over flaming cheese. Serve immediately.
