Cooking Ingredients for Fritatta Appetizer Recipe
2 Jars (6 oz) marinated
-artichoke hearts, chopped;
-reserve marinade
3 Green onions, chopped
1 lg Garlic clove, mashed
4 Eggs, beaten
6 Soda crackers, crushed
1/2 lb Sharp cheddar cheese,
-shredded
2 tb Parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Fritatta Appetizer Preparation
Saute onion and garlic in reserved marinade until limp. Beat eggs and add crackers, cheese, parsley, chopped artichokes, onion/garlic mixture, and salt and pepper. Put all into a buttered 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes, until set (test with a toothpick). Cut into squares and serve.
