Cooking Ingredients for Frozen Chocolate Dessert Recipe

1 c Vanilla wafer crumbs
2 Squares melted chocolate
2/3 c Butter or margarine
2 Eggs; separated
2 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped nuts
1/2 ga On butter pecan or other
-flavor ice cream

Frozen Chocolate Dessert Preparation

Melt butter & chocolate. Add sugar, egg yolks, nuts & vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into chocolate mixture. Spread crumbs in bottom of 9×14-inch pan. Pour chocolate mixture over crumbs & freeze 2 hours. Spread softened ice cream over chocolate & sprinkle wafer crumbs over top. Freeze until serving time. MRS T.
