Cooking Ingredients for Frozen Lemon-Ginger Yogurt Recipe

1 Container plain low-fat
-yogurt; (16-ounce)
2 c Whipping cream
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Honey
3 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 tb Minced peeled fresh ginger
2 ts Minced lemon peel
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 ts Ground ginger

Frozen Lemon-Ginger Yogurt Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir to blend. Transfer yogurt mixture to ice cream maker. Process according to manufacturer”s instructions. Spoon into large covered container and freeze.
