Cooking Ingredients for Gang Ba Curry Paste Recipe
13 Dried red chili peppers,
– soaked, seeded & chopped
2 tb Shallots -=OR=- red onion
1 tb Garlic, chopped
1 tb Galanga
3 tb Kaffir
1 tb Lemon rind, grated
1-1/2 tb Lemon grass, chopped
1 ts Ginger, chopped
Gang Ba Curry Paste Preparation
Soak all dried ingredients until sufficiently soft. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend to form a smooth paste.
