2 Minced garlic cloves
1 tb Minced parsley
1/4 ts Basil
1/4 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/3 c Vinegar

Garlic and Herb Dressing Preparation

Blend oil, garlic and seasonings in blender. With machine running slowly add vinegar. Use as salad or vegetable marinade.
