Cooking Ingredients for 7-Grain Oatmeal Cake Recipe

– CREAM TOGETHER:
1 c AM Canola Oil
2 c Maple syrup
1-1/2 ts Vanilla
– MIX TILL SMOOTH:
2 c AM Unbleached White Flour
3/8 c AM Soy Flour
1/2 c Cold water
1/2 c Soy milk
1-1/2 ts Grated lemon rind
1-1/2 ts Sea salt (optional)
3 Egg whites
2 ts Cinnamon
2 ts Non-alum baking powder
– MIX THE ABOVE 2 MIXTURES
– TOGETHER AND ADD:
1 c Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal
5 c AM rolled Oats
1/2 c Raisins (optional)
1/2 c Chopped nuts

7-Grain Oatmeal Cake Preparation

Mix well and fill oiled cake pan 3/4 full. Bake 350 F. until light golden brown. This is not a very sweet cake.
