1 c Sugar
1/4 c Salt
2 tb Celery seed
2 tb Cumin
2 tb Ground red pepper
2 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Chili powder
2 qt Ketchup
2 c Apple vinegar
1-1/2 ts Liquid smoke
1 ts Lemon juice

Gates Bbq Sauce Preparation
