1-1/2 tb White Horseradish
1 pt Gefulte Fish
1 ts Lemon Juice
1 ds White Pepper
8 oz Cream Cheese; softened
1/2 tb Salt

Gefulte Fish Dip Preparation

Drain fish and mash with fork. Put in remaining ingredients and stir. Can put into a mold by first lining the mold with plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Unmold. Serve with crackers or matzo.
