5 Strips of bacon
3/4 c Chopped onion
2 tb Flour
2/3 c Vinegar
1-1/3 c Water
1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
6 c Sliced; cooked potatoes

German Potatoe Salad Preparation

fry bacon till crisp. Drain all but 2-3 TB drippings. Cook onion till tender. Stir in flour. Blend. Add vinegar and water. Cook and stir till bubbly and thick. Add sugars till it dissolves.
