Cooking Ingredients for Giblet Stuffing Recipe
Giblets and neck of turkey;
-boiled and chopped
2/3 c Diced apples
1 c Chopped celery
10 c Soft bread crumbs
1/4 c Chopped parsley
1/3 Chopped onion
1/4 ts Pepper
1/3 c Butter or margarine; melted
3/4 ts Salt
1 Egg; beaten
Sage; to taste
1/4 ts Poultry seasoning; optional
1/2 c Turkey broth
Giblet Stuffing Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Stuff turkey or shape mixture into balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
