Cooking Ingredients for Ginger Nut Biscuits Recipe

2 oz Butter
2 tb Golden syrup
4 oz Self-raising flour
1 ts Ground ginger
Good pinch ground cinnamon
Good pinch bicarbonate of
-soda
2 ts Sugar
Blanched almonds; (halved)

Ginger Nut Biscuits Preparation

Melt butter and syrup and add to dry ingredients. Form into small balls and place on well greased baking trays, not too close together. Flatten slightly and place halved blanched almond on each.
