Cooking Ingredients for Ginger-Glazed Carrots Recipe

8 md Carrots; cut into 1/4 inch
-slices, (4 cups)
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Dry white wine or apple
-juice
2 ts Margarine
1 ts Ground ginger
1 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Packed brown sugar

Ginger-Glazed Carrots Preparation

Cook all ingredients except lemon juice and brown sugar in 10 inch skillet over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid has evaporated. Reduce to medium-low. Stir in lemon juice and brown sugar. Cook 5 minuts, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed. Makes 6 servings.
