Cooking Ingredients for Gingerbread Deluxe Recipe

1 pk Gingerbread mix; (14 oz.)
1 tb Instant coffee
1 tb Grated orange peel
1/4 c Orange juice
3/4 c Coca-Cola

Gingerbread Deluxe Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Beat vigorously with spoon until very well blended about 1 1/2 minutes. Pour into an 8 x 2 inch greased and floured pan. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and set on a tray.
