Cooking Ingredients for Glazed Ham Recipe

1 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/3 c Prepared horseradish
1 Cure 81 Hormel ham; thinly
-sliced and tied with string

Glazed Ham Preparation

Combine brown sugar, lemon juice and horseradish in a small saucepan. Simmer until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over ham and bake at 250o for 1-1/2 hours, basting occasionally. PAT COOK From <Traditions: A Taste of the Good Life>, by the Little Rock (AR) Junior League.
