2 Acorn or butternut squash;
-(3-1/2 pounds total),
-halved and seeded
2 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Maple syrup
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
Glazed Winter Squash Preparation

Add 2 tablespoons water. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave on 100% power 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Let stand 5 minutes. 2. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. 3. Carefully remove plastic wrap. Cut squash halves in half lengthwise. Place, skin side down, in a baking pan. 4. Mix brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger and salt in a small bowl. Spoon over squash. Bake in heated 375 degree F oven 10 minutes or until squash is glazed. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
