Cooking Ingredients for Gobi Aloo Recipe

1/2 kg Cauliflower; cut into medium
; sized flowerettes
3 Big potatoes; cubed
3 Tomatoes; finely chopped
1 Onion finely chopped
1 1 inch piece ginger
1 ts Red chilli powder
1 ts Haldi
1 ts Garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tb Ghee
Sliced green chillies and
-chopped
; coriander leaves for
-garnishing

Gobi Aloo Preparation

Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion till light brown. Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste. Cover and cook on a slow fire till vegetables are done. Garnish and serve hot. Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
