3 c Sugar
3 Sticks butter
1 c 7-up®; lemon-lime soda
1 ds Salt
3 c Cake flour; sifted
5 Eggs
1 ts Lemon extract

7-Up Pound Cake 2 Preparation

Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan. Cream butter and sugar together 20 minutes. (This is a must.) Add eggs, beating well. Add flour and 7-Up alternately. In 7-Up put the flavoring; and the dash of salt in flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioner”s sugar or lemon glaze if desired.
