1 ts Grated lemon rind
3 tb Lemon juice
4 tb Butter
1/2 c Sugar
2 Egg yolks; well beaten
2 tb Flour
4 tb Grape nuts
1 c Milk
2 Stiffly beaten egg whites
Grape Nut Pudding Preparation
From: davidk6732@aol.com (DavidK6732) Date: 6 Sep 1995 11:19:57 -0500 Add rind and sugar to butter; cream well. Add egg yolks; beat well. Add lemon juice, flour, grape nuts, and milk. Mix well.
