2 Pears – sliced
8 oz Plums – stones removed and

1/2 Schwartz Vanilla Pod – split
1 Schwartz Cinnamon stick –

Autumn Fruit Compote Preparation

Place all the fruit in a large saucepan with the water, sugar, Vanilla Pod and Cinnamon Stick. Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes until fruit is tender.
