3 lb Ground beef
3 tb Cooking oil
3 Chopped onions
2 Cloves chopped garlic
2 tb Chili powder
2 tb Cumin powder
2 tb Paprika
1 tb Hot pepper flakes
1-1/2 ts Salt
3 c Cold water

Greek Hot Dog Sauce Preparation
